Service At Time Of Sale

On-site installation and training is included in the sales price of the product. We will send our personnel to your location to install the program and train your staff. Our products are so easy to use we usually only spend between one and three days in training depending on the product. Of course, we are always available via our toll-free number for training questions and modification requests.

Annual Maintenance

For a nominal annual fee our annual maintenance customers receive the following services:

	Between 12 and 20 hours of custom modification work and minor maintenance per year depending on the product
	All associated communications and distribution costs are included
	Free product updates as available
	Toll free telephone training and technical support after the sale is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
	Relevant news about new product development and your industry via our periodic newsletter, the IvyTek News

Custom Modifications

We are one of the few companies that will modify our program to meet the special needs of our customers. Modifications that exceed the hours included in our annual maintenance program are quoted with a not to exceed price and expected completion date.
