Merry Christmas 

Have and safe and happy holiday season from the staff at IvyTek.

The staff at IvyTek wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  The elves are busy developing new products and services to please our growing customer base.  They are also putting together exciting new ideas for the coming year. 

Customer Visits

Mr. Chris Tanner, our newest employee will be visiting selected customer locations this month.  His mission is to get to know you, check on the performance of your system and assess your backups.  He will also be updating our records on hardware configurations so that we will be better able to serve your needs.  If you have any questions about our software while he is in the office don't hesitate to ask.

Hurricanes Katrina and Rita

Our thoughts and prayers are with our customers and friends who have been effected by the recent Hurricanes.  If there is anything we can assist you with please let us know. 

IvyTek Stands Ready to Serve Your Needs

We would like our customers to know we are ready to serve your needs.  Although land line, cell phone and pager service communications are spotty we are answering your calls as quickly as possible. We expect this situation to ease as local Louisiana area communications come back on-line.  We are able to respond to e-mail and to access our customers via internet access without any interruptions.  Let us know how we can help.

Convention Season

We are preparing for a busy summer season.  We hope to see you at the following conventions: Mississippi Finance Association, Louisiana Finance Association and Financial Service Centers of Mississippi.

Work Update

We have been very busy this first quarter.  Dan finished up the TitleTek conversion project he was working on in Mississippi.  Mike and Sandy are in the process of sending out the Louisiana IvyTek Finance updates which include the new Metro II Credit Bureau revisions.  I just finished writing the Winter Newsletter.  It should be mailed out by next week.  

New for this year we are offering newsletter subscriptions for $12.00 for our readers who are not IvyTek Maintenance customers.  If you are interested in receiving our newsletter, please send us your company name, address and include your check to: IvyTek Newsletter Subscriptions, 219 Rainbow Dr., #11912, Livingston, TX  77399.  You will receive our newsletter: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
