Update
Louisiana IvyTek Finance users should have received updates for calculating
late charges as of August 15. If you have not received your update please
contact us.
Posted July 2003
As of August 15th the method of calculating late charges for Louisiana
Consumer Loans will change as per HB 1067, Act 337. We are working
on software modifications to IvyTek Finance and expect an update to
be mailed to our Louisiana users on or about August 1.
The Act allows delinquency charges of five percent (5%) of the amount of the
installment in default or ten dollars ($10) whichever is greater on
payments not paid in full within ten days after a scheduled due date.

God Bless America
Have a safe and enjoyable
Memorial Day Weekend.
We are proud to announce we have just installed our new title loan software TitleTek
ver. 3.0 in Tennessee. The new software was modeled on our popular IvyTekPDQ
package. In addition, this installation marks our first IvyTekPDQ
software location in that state. Modifications to TitleTek to meet
the state requirements for Mississippi and Alabama are next on the programming
schedule. Back
